What Warranties does our Equipment come with?
Warranty covers steel content for a period of 10 years against faulty material or workmanship and timber content for 7 years.
Moving parts, chain, fiberglass and plastic are covered for 12 months. Conditions apply.
To what Standards is the Equipment built?
We design and manufacture to the general conditions of all current Australian Standards.
What materials are used to build our Equipment?
Steel uprights - are heave duty Galvanised R.H.S (rectangular hollow section) 75 x 75 with a wall thickness of 3mm. Timber uprights - are 125 x 125mm Cypress Pine. Decks - can be either Steel or Timber. Components - heave duty Galvanised R.H.S (rectangular hollow section) 75 x 75 x 3mm & Galvanised steel tube sizes from 27 to 60mm outside diameter.
